The following general terms and conditions apply to the sale of climate compensation and gift cards (hereinafter referred to as Products) on klimatskoga.se (legal name Klimatskoga i Sverige AB, hereinafter referred to as the Seller), unless otherwise agreed in writing between the respective customer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and the Seller. In other respects, the Consumer Purchase Act applies.

The product range in the Seller's e-store is continuously updated, which means that new products are added and that certain products are discontinued. The Seller reserves the right to make errors in information and errors in the specification of all products and services in the Seller's range. All image information should be seen as illustrations and can not guarantee to reproduce the exact appearance and nature of the product.

Ordering and payment of products takes place via the Seller's website.

All prices and fees stated on the Seller's website may be displayed by the Buyer as including or excluding VAT. Total amount to pay, of which VAT is reported before the purchase is to be confirmed.

The seller reserves the right to make typos and technical problems in connection with price indications and reserves the right to cancel manifestly incorrect orders.

For secure payments, our own site uses a secure SSL certificate. When paying via Stripe, the Customer is sent to Stripe's page, which also uses SSL certificates, where the Customer can safely fill in their card details and complete the payment. The Seller never handles the Customer's card details. Swish is handled through the Customer's bank.

Changes and / or additions to an order must be made before payment is made. If a payment has been initiated, changes to an order will not be implemented.

Delivery of the Product takes place immediately to the Customer's e-mail address.

If delivery delay occurs, the Seller notifies the Customer via e-mail. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of long-term delivery delays. Cancellation of purchases must be made in writing via e-mail. In cases where it is impossible for the Seller to complete an order, for example if the Seller's supplier is unable to fulfill its obligations to the Seller, the Seller reserves the right to offer the Customer another, equivalent product.

As a private person, according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. You do not have the right to regret if the service is started during the withdrawal period with your consent. The right of withdrawal begins to run on the day we confirmed your order for a service with us or the day you received the Product.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a written notice, preferably by e-mail, stating your bank account or plus / bank giro number. We then take a position on whether you meet the conditions required to be able to apply the right of withdrawal. You will then receive a response by e-mail from us.

The purchase price will be refunded to you within 10 days from the day we received your notification.

All complaints must be reported to the Seller's customer service via e-mail.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, the Seller has up to three attempts to remedy defects in the Product. Should it become apparent that there are no technical errors, the Seller is entitled to charge a service fee.
